The Institute of Informatics, IP undertakes to make the website available Interoperability Services Platform, in accordance with Decree-Law No 83/2018 of 19 October 2018 transposing Directive (EU) 2016/2102 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the accessibility of websites and mobile applications.

I. Compliance status

The website Platform for Interoperability Services from Institute of Informatics, IP is fully compliant Decree-Law No 83/2018 of 19 October 2018.

II. Preparation of this accessibility and usability statement

This statement was updated on 2024-08-01.

According to article 9 of Decree-Law no. 83/2018, the entities must adopt the monitoring procedures to be followed presented. Procedures A) and B) are mandatory. O C) is recommended.

IV. Other evidence

The Informatics Institute, IP did not submit, when completing this Declaration, other evidence or efforts to make your site Web compliant with accessibility requirements contained in Decree-Law No 83/2018 of 19 October 2018.

V. Complaints of discrimination

In accordance with paragraph 1 of article 13 of Decree-Law no. 83/2018, of 19 October, when a person with a disability is treated less favourably than is, has been or will be given to another person in comparable situation, which constitutes a practice discrimination against persons with disabilities, provided for and punished under the Article 4 of Law No. 46/2006 of 28 August 2006, may lodge a complaint, in accordance with the provided for in Decree-Law No. 34/2007 of 15 February 2007.

The National Institute for Rehabilitation (INR, I.P.), provides an form to report discrimination, forwarding complaints submitted to the entities competent. Annually, the INR, I.P. draws up a report annual report on the application of the law prohibiting and punishing discrimination on the grounds of disability and the existence of aggravated health risk (Law No 46/2006 of 28 August).
